hum aagar anso hothe tho
aapki ankhonse marna pasand karte,
agar aap meri aankhon ke aanso hothetho
vaada hai dost hum zindagi bhar nahi rothe.!.

maat rakh humse wafa ki umeed aey dost,
humne hard um bewafai payi hai,
mat dhund mere jism par zakhmon ke nishan,
humne har dham dil pe chot khayi hai…

dosthi ki dastan jab waqt sunatha hai,
tho hamein bhi koi dosth yaad aata hai,
bhool jathe hai zindahi keg ham ko,
jab aap kay sath bithaya waqt yaad aatha hey…

haar dil me dard chupa hotha hai,
bayan karne ka andaz juda hotha hai
kuch log ankhon se dard ko baha dethe hai
aur kuch logo ka dard hasi mein chupa hotha hai…

ye choti se yaadein bada sila degi
gulaab ki tarah aapka chehra khila degi
mat chodna kabhi hamari yaadon ko
ye yaaden hi shayad aapko humse mila degi…

unhone dekha aur ansu gir pade,
bhari barsat me jaise phool bikhar pade.
Dukh vo nahi k unhone hume alvida kaha,
Dukh to ye hai k uske baad vo khud be ro pade…
